They Do Not Make Things Easy For Their Customers Which I Think Is Appalling!

My friend is a keen ebay seller and buyer, she is on there in her spare time for hours! I am not a big fan of ebay as I suppose I don’t understand how it all works if I’m honest! She had a problem with one of her purchases last week and she just couldn’t find a specific number to get the correct advice she needed to deal with her purchase problem. She found on the internet a site which gave a list of ebay phone number extensions and finally found the correct department to help her but she spent an absolute fortune on the calls she had to make as even though she had the correct extension, she was still passed around further on the call. I think is just sounds like too much hassle so that’s why I haven’t got an account although I do agree, there are some great bargains I have seen my friend purchase from the site. In the past she has bid for things for me on ebay and I have given her the money, without having an account of my own so I think I will keep it like that as I haven’t got the time to sit on a phone call as long as she had to if ever I had a problem arise!
